Privacy Policy

This page explains what information TRADE4OS collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

Your account details — name and email address, provided when you sign up.
Your trading profile — the answers you give about your account size, activity level and risk preferences. These shape the strategies the platform proposes to you.
Your strategies and test results — the strategy ideas you describe and the backtest results produced for them.
Your agreement signature — a timestamped record that you accepted the Terms & Risk Disclosure, kept because it is a legal requirement.
Basic technical logs — requests to the service, kept to diagnose faults and abuse.

What we do NOT collect

We never receive your broker password or your broker API keys. When you install a trading interface, it runs on your own computer and connects to your broker directly. Those credentials stay on your machine and are never sent to us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Why we collect it

To run the service you asked for — testing and tracking your strategies.
To send you the emails you opted into, such as trade alerts.
To keep a record that the agreement was signed.
To keep the service working and secure.

Sign-in and payments

Sign-in and subscription billing are handled by Outseta. If you sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity to us — we receive your name and email address, nothing more. We never see your Google password. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

How long we keep it

Account details and strategy records are kept while your account is open. Signature records are kept longer where the law requires it. When you delete your account from the Account page, backups are purged within 30 days; payment receipts stay with the payment provider as bookkeeping law requires.

Your rights

TRADE4OS is operated from Denmark, in the EU. Under the GDPR you may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Your Account page lets you download everything we hold and delete the account yourself; for anything else, write to us and we will act on it.
